ET Tech provides professional IT-related services including:

  • IT Support
  • System Setup & Configuration
  • Cybersecurity Services
  • Cloud & Backup Solutions
  • Computer Repair & Troubleshooting
  • Technical Consulting

Services may be provided remotely or on-site depending on availability and project requirements.

2. Payments

Invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ET Tech reserves the right to suspend or refuse services in the event of unpaid invoices or late payments.

3. Support & Response Time

Response times may vary depending on workload, service complexity, and business hours.

ET Tech aims to respond to all support requests within 24–48 business hours.

4. Limitation of Liability

ET Tech strives to provide secure, reliable, and professional IT services. However, uninterrupted operation, complete cybersecurity protection, or prevention of all technical issues and data loss cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and data.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Any personal or business information shared with ET Tech will be handled confidentially and used only for service-related purposes.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered depending on the type of service and project status.

Completed services, custom configurations, and digital work are generally non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Germany.
